Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Strong pain refractory to conservative treatment for at least 6 weeks (VAS > 7), which is attributable to a sacral insufficiency fracture displayed in MRI and/or CT, immobilizing pain with loss of self-sufficiency
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient age < 18 years, patient not competent to give informed consent
