Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age: 30+ years; legal capacity; communication in german; informed, written consent; no exclusion criteria; no coronary disease or NYHA 0 / NYHA 1; - bystander: no EMS or medical proficiencies, no first-aid course within the past 12 month; - dispatcher / situation: works as a dispatcher in a medical dispatch center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: minority; no legal capicity; no communication in german possible; no informed, written consent; pregnancy; physical or mental handicaps that hinder a participation; relevant acute or chronical disease of the heart, circulation or lung; coronary disease with NYHA 2 or worse;

MeasureTime frame
Main outcome variables are correct identification of a cardiac arrest, comprehensibility of the algorithm measured by adherence to the algorithm and the time to first chest compression.
