Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study is carried out with young, healthy, adult subjects aged between 21 and 30 years. The subjects are recruited in the executing doctoral candidate's social environment. The participation is absolutely voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: It is generally proofed whether the subject undergoes any long lasting medical treatment at the time of recruitment (whether pharmaceutical or of a different kind) or whether the subjects suffers from a chronic illness. If so, this leads to the exclusion from this study. The presence of any metallic implant in the subject's body (e.g. pacemaker, cochlea-implant, orthoped. implants) leads to the exclusion from this study. Pregnancy leads to the exclusion from this study.

Receive valid and qualitatively sufficient radiological images for the diagnosis of illnesses affecting the peristalsis of the bowel.
