Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Physicians: have consultations with cancer outpatients, consent for being filmed; Patients: older than 18, enough German or English proficiency or the presence of a translator, consent for being filmed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Physicians and patients without consent for being filmed.

Assessment by means of questionnaires (analogue to the ComOn-Coaching Rating Scales, Niglio de Figueiredo et al. 2017) at T0 (before the CST), T1 (immediately after the CST), T2 (after last coaching) and T3 (catamnesis, 3 months after T2); results of the assessments will be compared. | — |
