Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - age (in years): 18+ - signed „informed consent“ - primary diagnosis ICD-10 M40-M54

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - German language impairment - cognitive and/or physical impairment (patient is not able to fill out questionnaire) - degenerative disease - pension applicant - disorientation - psychiatric disease - surgery of the intervertebral discs (last 3 months) - acute radicular irritations - fractures (last 6 months)

MeasureTime frame
Key: t0 = before the outset of the rehabilitation, t1 = at the end of the rehabilitation, t2 = 6 weeks after the discharge. PATIENT ASSOCIATED: satisfaction with participated goal setting with "ZufZiele" (internal development during PARZIVAR I) at t1 & t2. participation with "PICS" at t1 & t2. motivation with FF-Stabs at t0, t1 & t2 and also with "AUVKA" (internal development during PARZIVAR I) at t0, t1 & t2. generally self efficacy with SWE at t0. specific self efficacy with FESS at t0, t1 & t2. physician-patient-interaction with KOVA at t1 & t2. pain treatment with FESV-BE at t0, t1 & t2. PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATED: acceptance of the PARZIVAR-Intervention, satisfaction with the PARZIVAR-Intervention and the coaching with an internal development before the training takes place and again after the patient survey is finished.
