Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Gilbert's Disease or Crigler-Najjar-Syndrome - Age: 18+ - Good knowledge of spoken and written German - Capacity to consent - Two days of abstinence prior to the execution of the study

Exclusion criteria: - other liver diseases - Diabetes mellitus - Kidney diseases - Cardio-vascular diseases - known pregnancy
