Group 1: Patients untergoing allogeneic stem cell transplantation will receive an accelerometer on the day of admission that records patients` activity level for the duration of their hospitalisation.

Inclusion criteria: - adult patients undergoing alloHCT (18 years old) - patient's information followed by written consent
