Inclusion criteria: Planned surgery with heart-lung machine and median thoracotomy, aortic valve replacement, CABG, combined procedures with mitral valve surgery, atrial reduction. This study consent

Exclusion criteria: Lack of study consent emergency operations

By controlling the depth of anesthesia and the sympathetic nervous system: reduction of intraoperative hemodynamic stress and thus stabilierer Operation in cardiopulmonary surgery WHEN: baseline, saw on the thoracotomy, sternum, chest retractor, recovery measurement, Aorta Injection HOW: reduction of oxygen consumption VO2 during thoracotomy, measurement of cardiac output, SVRI, CI, TEA ejection fraction, pulmonary wedge pressure, ESG, SPI and entropy.	—
