Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy subjects older than 18years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, metal implantsof any kind, lung-, heart-, or neuromuscular disease, thorax deformities or pneumothorax in the past

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Progression of diaphramatic contractility during inspiratory muscle training in hypoxia and normoxia. Using twich transdiaphragmatic pressure after magnetic phrenic nerve stimulation (TwPdi) measured every 45s.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease of diapragmatic contractility after inspiratory muscle training in hypoxia compared to normoxia. Using twich transdiaphragmatic pressure after magnetic phrenic nerve stimulation (TwPdi) assessed every 60s for 6min.
