Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tracheostomized patients on mechanical ventilation during weaning process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical unstable patients and patients showing infect exacerbation.

Mean difference between transcutaneous and end-tidal pressures of carbon dioxide over 60min of invasive ventilation.

1) Method comparison between transcutaneous and end-tidal pressures of carbon dioxide. 2) Method comparison between transcutaneous and end-tidal pressures of carbon dioxide and the goldstandard arterial pressure of carbon dioxide.
