Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > 18 years Pain on the Visual Analogue Scale >5 Foot Pain in the distribution of the tarsal nerve > 1 year Non excluding elektroneurography Positive Hoffmann Tinel Sign Palpable foot pulses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who are participating in other studies within 6 weeks pt. with lymphedemas
