Interventions

Group 1: Children under the age of 6 years undergoing regular bigger surgeries. The hemoglobin concentration is going to be controlled as well as Masimo Pronto 7 and taken blood samples.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients under the age of 6 years undergoing relevant surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with band aid allergy; patients who are already included into another clinical trial; parent´s refusal to participate the study; patients with diseases of the hemoglobin chain

MeasureTime frame
There is a correlation between the total Hemoglobin measured by Masimo Pronto 7 and the tHb in the blood samples.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
hte aim is to evaluate if the medical product can be used in clinical practise after 30 patients there should be estimate a bland atman analysis
