A raised fall risk on the basis of a muscular weakness, a narrowed postural control as well as problems with the locomotion.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: male and female subjects at the age of 65 or older with a raised fall risk (multiple falls in the past 12 months). The subjects should be able to walk 20 meters with or without an aid indoor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - large, unstable gallstones and nephroliths - thrombosis - sugeries in the last 6-8 weeks - artificial joint replacements in the last 6 months - coronary heart disease or arterial occlusive disease - insufficiently treated hypertension - diabetes mellitus with advanced microangiopathies, gangrenes, diabetic feet, retinal problems - cardiac or brain pacemaker - acute inflammation of the musculoskeletal system (activated arthrosis or arthropathy) - acute tendinopathies in body parts affected by the intervention - acute hernias - acute diskopathies - recent fractures in body parts affected by the intervention - rheumatoid arthritis - epilepsy (secundary risk of injury)
