Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -resistant hypertension (systolic office based BP >160mmHg non diabetic, >150mmHg diabetic, =3 antihypertensive medications) -written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: missing consent, Age<18, secondary cause of hypertension, drug- or alcohol-addiction, psychiatric disease, encephalopathy, physical and mental challenges, that prevent registry attendance
