Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients with elective sugery an general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers - amenorrhea - women during menopause - women undergoing surgical procedures with planned postoperative sedation and ventilation - ovary cancer surgery

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative pain scores at rest and during mobilisation for 2 days postoperatively in dependence on the progesteron level

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Postoperative pain scores at rest and during mobilisation for 2 days postoperatively in dependence on the estrogen, LH, FSH or testosterone level - analgesic consumption - patient satisfaction - side effects of analgesic substances - incidence of chronic pain 6 months after surgery - incidence of chronic pain 12 months after surgery
