Group 1: 330ml of anthocyanin- and fiber-enriched Smoothie daily for 14 days Group 2: 330ml of anthocyanin-enriched juice daily for 14 days Group 3: 330ml of a placebo-juice daily for 14 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female, healthy, no intake of vitamin products and drugs three month before start of studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gastrointestinal disorders/diseases

Investigation of the intestinal microbiota in humans with the use of Lactose-[13C,15N]-ureide, p-cresol in urine and short chain fatty acids in faeces on T0 (before 14-day intervention-period) and T1 (after 14-day intervention-period)
