Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with the fist diagnosis of a malignant lymphoma or a relapse of it indication for chemotherapy, immunotherapy or radiotherapy age >= 18 Karnofsky > 60 no pregnancy informed consense proximity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: absolute: risk of thrombosis uncontrolled hypertension with drugs > 180 sys mmHG or > 100 dias mmHG angina pectoris myocardial infarction NYHA III - IV bone metastasis with risk of fracture relative: infection with fever >= 38.0° i.v. antibiotics platelets < 30.000 leukocytes < 1000
