Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical indication for an anatomical segmentectomy evidence of lung carcinom available contrast enhancet computed tomography scan of the thorax in thin slices (2mm or less) written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: inadequate CT scans no indication for sublobar resection no written consent
