55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age > 55 2) Either physically fit or not: High exercise (3 x 1 hour of physical demanding activities per week) or low exercise with a negative history of regular physical demanding activites 3) If diabetes mellitus type II present: HBA1C<8%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Major psychiatric diseases including current episode of depressive or mood disorder, sleep disorder, psychosis, substance misuse or dependency 2) Major neurological or other somatic diseases 3) Diabetes mellitus type I and type II with HBA1C>8% 4) Regular medication other than diabetes type II related medication 5) Febrile illness within 3 days of study participartion 6) Contraindications against MRI assessments (e.g. metal implementation)
