Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: medical indication to perform radical lymph node dissection in patients with lymph node metastasis of malignant melanoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergy against local anasthesia, chronic pain syndrom, occured operation in the same region
