Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unemployment when rehabilitation begins, capacity to work, initial diagnosis: F10-F19 (ICD 10), proficiency in German language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Capacity to work 63 years of age, prison sentence following rehabilitation
