18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults: Healthy nonsmoking adults 18-70 years without prior lung diaseases. Asthma patients: Clinical diagnosis of Asthma. Treatment step 2-4 (GINA). No history of smoking. ACT > 20 pts. COPD patients: Clinical diagnosis of COPD. GOLD I-III. Smoking history > 10 PY. Cystic fibrosis patients: Clinical diagnosis of CF. No history of smoking. FEV1 > 40 % pred.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years, Incapable of giving consent to the study, Pregnancy, Severe cardiac comorbidity, Known intolerance to salbutamol Respiratory infection or change of medication within the last 3 months
