Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 16 – 24 months Use of a pacifier Anterior open bite (negative overbite = 0 mm) Increased overjet (class II malocclusion) (overjet = 4mm)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No pacifier Patients with congenital, genetic or trauma caused maldevelopments (syndrome, disability, cleft lip and palate) Habits like thumb-/fingersucking
