Sway path of centre of pressure (postural control) measure instrument: Kraftmessplatte (Kistler™ Kraftmessplatte, Kistler Instrumente GmbH Ostfildern, Deutschland) patients will be tested at the day of hospital admission T0 day + 30 after allogeneic transplantation T1 day + 100 after alloTX T2

- Gait speed (postural control) 10m gait control system (OPTOGAIT™, Microgate, VELAMED GmbH, Köln, Deutschland) - Stride-to-stride variability (postural control) 10m gait control system (OPTOGAIT™, Microgate, VELAMED GmbH, Köln, Deutschland) - Muscle size of the quadriceps femoris muscle, ultrasound (Siemens Sonoline G40, 10.5 MHz, Germany). - Endurance capacity - Maximum voluntary contraction (MVC) of upper leg explovie power in Nm and Nm/s Isokinetic endurance measurement (CON-TREX MJ, CMV-AG, Schweiz) - Body composition (phase angle, fat-free mass, body cell mass) Bio electrical Impedanzanalysis (BIA (Nutrigard MS™, Data Input GmbH, Darmstadt, Germany) Body changes will be measured by BMI, BIA and Body composition - Polyneuropathy (tuning fork) - Fatigue, MFI - Quality of life, EORTC QLQ-C30 - Polyneuropathy, FACT&GOG-Ntx - Lifestyle; self developed questioneer - Transplant-specific outcome parameters "allo-all" Data-bank all seconday endpoints will be measured at day +100 and 1 year after the transplantation
