Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - sedation requirement at leat 48 hours - fluent in either German or French - age at least 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - no contraindication for sedation stop - absence of tetraplegia - presence of reduced ability to communicate (eg. bindness, deafness or dementia)
