Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of GIRK /G-protein activated inwardly rectifying potassium channels) Expression profiles with disease free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) in patients with primary operated breast cancer

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of GIRK (G-protein activated inwardly rectifying potassium channels) expression profiles with a.) pathological subtypes of breast cancer b.) tumor stage c.) pathological characteristics of the primary tumor (hormone receptor expression, Her2/neu status, KI67 proliferation index) d.) type of metastatic spread e) treatment outcome
