Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age range 12-18, McDonald criteria 2010 for multiple sclerosis, ambulant and hospital in-patients under acute or permanent therapy control group: 12-18 years, healthy subjects (without MS-diagnosis)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ADEM (acute disseminated encephalomyelitis), unclear neurological demyelinating disease, missing patient informed consent, fever, participating in other studys during the study and 30 days bevor study start, attending a previous identical test procedure (shorter than 1 year) control group: see above and MS-diagnosis
