Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: voluntary, with written informed consent, need for at least one crown or fixed-partial-denture, which can be treated with All-Ceramic restorations. Able to understand written and spoken German language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) written or orally disclosed findings of: -• current pregnancy -• persitance of an infectious diseas (such as: Hepatitis, HIV or TBC) -• Classification as High-Risk-Patient due to Immunesuppression, Bisphosphonate-Intake, artificial heard valves, Multimedication) • persistance of allergies to dental materials or multiple allergies at all (Allergy ID) ii) mental defiency or another kind of limitation to legal consent. Furthermore the necessity of a legal guardian or minder. iii) from clinical findings at entry examination • Bruxism, • Signs of Depression or other psychosomatic disease • a reduced dentition, not allowing clear long-term prognosis for fixed restorations in the same jaw. • persistance or need for removable denture within the same jaw of treatment • insufficient oral hygiene compliance

Survival of Reconstructions within at least 2 years censored by criterion: "insitu"

Complication rate and Prevalence of complications by reference to need of intervention at the reconstruction by the dentist & Progress of reconstructions' quality according to modified CDA-Criteria during at least 2 years of observation.
