Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with secured diabetes type I and type II; HbA1c >/= 7, 5%; increased emotional stress scores (PAID-Score>33, PAID-K-Score>/= 6, WHO-5-Score</=13 or perceived as very stressed by the therapeutic team); age 18-70 years; treatment in a diabetic outpatient clinics; completed diabetes training; written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with (a) severe comorbid physical diseases (e.g., advanced oncologic diseases), (b) severe mental diseases (dementia, severe depressive episode, psychosis, addiction), (c) inadequate knowledge of German language
