Group 1: Patients with or without dentures get a dental examination and a chewing efficiancy test is being performed and 2 questions are asked.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: minimal age 18
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: dental pain; addiction to drugs or alcohol, malign tumors; infectious disease; parenteral nutrition or dysphagia; myoarthropathy; radiation therapy.

| Evaluation of the dental status (evaluation with an established scale), chewing efficiancy test (evaluation with a stipulated scale), questioning the age of the dentures and the last visit at the dentist. The correlations inbetween these factors shall be determined and based on these correlations a screening test to determine dental treatment need shall de developed. | — |
