Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult 2. Stroke and Parkinson's disease patients 3. Long-term therapy with at least one solid oral drug 4. Patients with positiv Daniels-test or suspicion of dysphagia when being assessed by a speech therapist, which indicates a videoendoscopic evaluation of swallowing 5. Inpatient in the Bethanien Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not able to follow easy instructions 2. Patients who cannot be positioned upright 3. Medium and severe dementia 4. Somnolent patients or patients with delirium 5. Patients with a negativ Daniels-test and no dysphagia symptoms when being assessed by a speech therapist 6. Non-stroke and non-Parkinson's disease patients
