Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses, who work in the five clinics of the BDH Bundesverbad Rehabilitation e.V. They were included in the study if they are 18 years old at the minimum and 65 years old at the maximum.

Exclusion criteria: There are no exlusion criteria
