Group 1: pain medication Novalgin 500mg (8, 14, 18, 22 o´clock) Voltaren 50mg (8, 18 o´clock) Group 2: Verumacupuncture (8.00 and 17.00 o`clock on 5 acupuncture points over 15 -25 minutes) Novalgin 50

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: sui juris patients either sexes independent racials over 18 years - intended intervention - declaration of agreement - anal prolapseto circular hämorrhoide III. level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - pregnancy - medication with heparin, marcumar, ass or clopidogrel during 7 days - chronic illness with continuous pain medication - neuromuscular diseases - patients with another anorectal diseases, like anorectal carcinoma. -Pathological changes of blood coagulation parameters - akut apparent infections.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the primary objective is the postoperative pain sensations. Beneath this are the NRS-measured(numerical rating skala) values from the operation day in the evening, from the 1. postoperative day morning and evening, and from the 2. posoperative morning and evening. The documentation is hold on homogeneous paper. After the third day behind the op the documentation is writing in a excel list in anonym form.
