45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male subjects in a preferentially sitting working place situation conducting no physical training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking, Diabetes mellitus, Surgical interventions 6-8 weeks prior to the start of the study, artificial joints implanted less than 6 months prior to the start of the study, coronary heart diseases or arterial obstructive disesases, non-adjusted hypertension, cancer and other diseases that constrain physical training.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Activity of telomerase measured by TRAP-Assay at baseline and month 1, 2, 3, and 6.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The achievement potential (ergospirometry), working index (questionnaire), Periodontal health (Probing using a Florida probe) and endothelial function (Endo-PAD, Vicorder) will be measured at baseline and after 1, 2, 3 and 6 months.
