Group 1: single-arm. Saliva is collected before, in the middle and at the end of radiotherapy and at first FU-visit for analysis of serum/saliva proteins

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pat. with head/neck tumours receiving radiation therapy with or without chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: prior radiation, CUP, Tumours of salivary glands
