Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with: problems with workplace-related problems and/or troubles in their work history; residence within 100km of the rehabilitation clinic; patients with two treatment guarantee within 5 years; patients who haven't undergone treatment despite a given treatment guarantee; existent declaration of consent.

Exclusion criteria: no declaration of consent for participating in the study
