Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 1 - 15 years intubation or NIV paO2 / Fio2 3 hours) arterial line

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vitium cordis bone marrow transplantation (or intended) planned surgical intervention during study period
