Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: one of the four diagnoses: Reflux disease, Barretts esophagus without neoplasia, Barretts esophagus with neoplasia, other disease of upper GI tract

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient not able to fill out questionnaire
