Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: at least 18 years competent surgical procedure, at least scheduled for 90 min. OP classification at least III general anaesthesia postoperative stay in the recovery room

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: beta blocker, ICD/ pacemaker, current catecholamines, epidural catheter, PCA pump

Number of pain events during the stay in the recovery room (RR), patient sastisfaction (questionaire after discharge of the RR), duration of stay in the RR, total dose of applicated analgetics (substance and dosis), incidence of side effects (nausea, vomitus, hypotension, hypertension, tachycardia, bradycardia), Aldrete score (each 15 min), salivatory cortisol level (at the beginning and the end of RR stay)
