Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Obesiti BMI >30, minor surgery procedures using a tracheal intubation for airway management
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: preexisting pulmonary deseases, Major surgery

| Postoperative spirometric lung function (Measured parameters FEV1 - forced expiratory lung volume/1s , FVC-forced vital capacity ,MEF25-75 - mid expiratory flow 25-75%, PEF - peak expiratory flow, FIVC - forced inspiratory vital capacity, PIF - peak inspiratory flow) measurements at the respective fixed time points after achieving a fast track score >10 (White et al).T0h= after achieving a fast track score >10, all patients included have to achieve a fast-track score >10 within 20 minutes after surgery. All further time points are fixed time points after surgery.T1h = 1 hour after surgery, T2h = 2 hours after surgery, T6h = 6hours after surgery after first mobilisation of the patients.
