Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: histologically diagnosed osteomyelitis radionecrosis or bisphosphonate associated osteonecrosis of the jaw, informed consent, 18 years or older, operability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: younger than 18 years, no informed consent, no histologically confirmed diagnosis
