Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| cut-off of soluble fibrin as negative predictor (>95%) of HIT II | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| - cut-offs for IPF, d-dimers, fibrin monomers, prothrombin fragments in HIT II patients and diagnostic specifity - correlation of these parameters - specifity of combinations of these parameter - association of soluble fibrin or fibrin monomers with anticoagulation and thrombocytopenia - predictive value of the parameters for thrombembolic events within 30 day after request for test | — |
