Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Oxygen dependend COPD patients (GOLD III / IV)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypercapnia, acute exacerbations (not more than 2 signs: radiological infiltration, infectious constellations in laboratory measures, coloured sputum, fever)
