Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inpatients in the department of pneumology of the university hospital Freiburg receiving arterial or capillary blood gas analysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • patiente 50 sec.) • patients with blood circulation disorders of the hand
