Group 1: Disorder specific treatment (Treatment condition): Open main station for patients with dual diagnoses and offer a subsequent disorder specific outpatient therapy in the PIA with group therapy

Inclusion criteria: 1. schizophrenic patients 2. acceptance 3. majority
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. no acceptance because of positive symptoms 2. neuopsychiatric disorders 3. no acceptance of the study
