Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Geriatric patients regardless of their cognitive ability, required medical attendence in hospital, suffering from pain or receiving pain medication. Informed consent of the patient or his/her legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without pain, missing consent or no legal guardian for those patients unable to make a decision for themselves (MMSE < 18)
