Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers, patients with COPD, asthma bronchiale, sarcoidosis and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, who will undergo a routine bronchoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Infection, cancer
