Interventions

Group 1: In the trail patients with acute, subacute and chronic stroke will be included. After inclusion patients should be imaged as fast as possible with 320 row pCT and pw/dw MRI (time between bou

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -->Acute (symptomonset subacute stroke (symptomonset >24h-14d) --> chronic stroke (> 14d) --> Age 50-85 --> NIHSS =2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: --> contraindications for MRI (e.g. magnetic implants, pacemaker) --> claustrophobia --> critical clinical condition --> missing capacitiy to contract (loss of conciousness, severe aphasia) --> infarct in the posterior circulation --> hypothyreosis --> allergic reaction on contrast agent --> renal failure (creatinin clearance >0,9 mg/dl)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
This study is a pilot study. Thus, the exact definition of endpoints is not possible. After the imaging procedures the trail is finished. The definition of hypoperfusion on 320 row pCT will be compared to dw/pw MRI in a voxel based analysis

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Not applicable for this trial
