Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: -age between 40 and 85 years -Clinical signs for PD according UK Brain Bank Kriterien -currently no medication for PD Controls: -age between 40 and 85 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: -indication for atypical PD (such as early falls, early and severe autonomic dysfunction, early dementia, supranuclear palsy) -known severe vascular encephalopathy Controls: -Known neurological disorder -known PD within first degree relatives
