Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Planned resection/biopsy of suspected glioma in the Clinic of Neurosurgery Tübingen. - Capacity to consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Contraindication for a MRI examination at 3.0 Tesla. - Pregnancy. - severe claustrophobia.
